System Image Recovery refuses to use local image. How do we get it to?

When we make a System Recovery Image on a Windows 7 Laptop all works great. We then Ghost the image and transfer this image to all new machines. This is where it goes awry. If we try to run the recovery on one of the Ghosted computers we get a message saying it cannot find the image and wants us to create a boot CD and boot from that each time. The original however will run from the local Hard Disk with no issues at all.

Any ideas on what Ghost or Windows could be doing to us? We are stumped.
