T568A & T568B which sould I use?

I have to conect a newly remodled building to the Doctors office. The remodle is wired to catagory 5e standard but I have to conect the jacks. should I use the T568A or B wiring pattern? Half of the outlets will be conected to a cable for phone and the other half to a different cable for LAN. The plan is to be able to swithc them by changing the jack at distrabution point where the two cables meet the six to the wall outlets.
