Tablet PC implementation

I’m looking into the possibility of adding a wireless tablet pc into our manufacturing facility. I was wondering if anyone had any insight that they wouldn’t mind sharing.

We currently have a cat5 infrastructure set up thoughout with no wireless implemented as of yet. The shop floor is ~80,000 square feet and separated into four areas with cinderblock walls. Although its a manufacturing facility I dont think we’ll need a heavy duty tablet such as Xplorer or other beefed up models, Just something that can take a little dirt. Its main usage would be to view, alter, print autocad drawings to a networked printer.

Any help as far as what I would need and possible choices would be much appreciated.
