Task Manager/Performance Tab NT4

The CPU Usage and CPU Usage History graphs of both processors on the Performance Tab of Task Manager have red traces running along side of the normal green traces. This just occured a couple of months ago. I re-service packed the server with sp5-no change. I service packed with sp6a-no change. I have another server similar which does not do this. My other servers do not do this. ????
