Task Manager – User ‘Unknown’ specified for all processes

has anyone seen this error or know what its doing? The Task Manager now does not have my username ‘john’ as its usually would, it has ‘unknown’ instead which is clearly wrong. It still logs me into the domain and I can see the netwprk as normal, but there is clearly something wrong. Any ideas?
