TCP/IP Router Needed

I need a Router that will do UDP Priority with a 10baseT port and a V.35 port that will support a FT1 or a full T1. If possible a BRI ISDN for a backup in case the T1 goes down. If anyone has this info please share it with me. Please leave out CISCO.
