TCP/IP Verification

User has Windows OS installed on machine with restricted profile with Dos Prompt and Run Command removed. Tech Question is how can you verify that machine IP address giving phone support without Network Admin available. Only the user present. I am aware of all the Ping, IPConfig, etc utilities. Had this problem yesterday when user called in for assistance
