Teaching girls about IT

I am planning a new program at our school to increase enrollment of girls in our IT programs. At this time, I am looking for a PowerPoint and/or video showing how to build UTP Ethernet cables. I have quite a bit of documentation showing images of this but looking for video or a presentation.
