Team Calendar

I have installed Team Calendar and I am having the following problems:

When I access the team calendar, I am getting the following error:

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.

Do you want to allow this?
If this is expected, it may be a virus and you should choose “NO”.

It gives me the option to allow for 1 min, 5 min, and 10 min.

Is there an options I can turn off to stop this message?

Also, it is not refreshing when I add an appt. I have to get out of the calendar and go back in for it to refresh on the overview.
