Tech jobs in the S.E. US, Where ?

What some good cities in the south eastern US to find a job?
I will have my MCSE & A+ by Dec. and have worked in the IT field for about a year at $10.00 an hr and am currently living in a small town in south FL. but I am willing to move.
The general concensus in FL is that it is hard to find a good paying job in the IT field with the potential for growth.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
