Telnet can’t connect to the mail server

Hi guys,

I have installed axigen mail server for internal use.After changing all the settings.I can telnet on the linux pc that work but when I try using telnet from my xp pc it shows me the following:
127.0.0.1…could not open connection ot the host, on port 110&25 connection failed.
