TEMP Profile loads for user

I have a user who uses a Dell Latitude D830 laptop at the office and at home. Recently her regular profile would not load and the TEMP profile now loads in its place. I have tried deleting her profile from the laptop, but it didn’t recreate a new one, she still got the TEMP profile. How do I fix this? She has limited use of the applications and files because of this. I just want her regular profile to load. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
