Term.exe Terminal Emulator

I have SCO Openserver 5.0.5 and a Windows XP workstation (terminal). This is connected via comm ports to server. When I type term on the command prompt, the workstation sends and receives data from the server (talks). I can access my work from the server. Question, how can I maximise the window I’ll be working in as in win98. Because its only displaying on half the screen.
