Terminal Svcs Licensing Srvr Redundancy

Hey all, I just ran into an issue with win2k terminal server and its licensing server component. I need to provide redundancy for Licensing server in a 24x7x365 environment that will be growing to 10 servers. I’ve already installed one licensing server but need to provide a backup in case it dies. Any help would be appreciated.
