Testing Retake Policy?

Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to find an example of a company’s training policy that addresses who pays for certification tests in the case of a pass and fails. The TechRepublic training policy is good, but it does not cover the issue of certification tests at all.

Does anyone know of an example policy that is available? I have done some informal surveys, and it was unanimous that all of the people who I interviewed worked for a company that paid for at least one failed exam; but I am looking for an example policy of how that is implemented.
