text files

Good Morning,

I have several *.txt files from which i need to take the content and compare with each other in order to do this i would like to import the content and the file name in a single *.txt or *.xls file.
As a short comment i managed to import them all in a single file but i don’t know how to import (together) also the filename in the same folder to see what information corespond to which folder.
maybe somebody can help me with a script or a batch file
