The art and science of systems analysis.

We will be cross-training an accountant to serve as a functional systems analyst on the implemantation of a packaged application. Does anyone know of any good resources (books, websites, training, etc.) that would be useful? I don’t want a something applicable to a career analyst–but something relevant to a specific assignment.
