The Indent protocol

I’m having some trouble with a client who wants to use outlook express to access mail on a system with Win 2000, ADSL(lan connection) but I can’t someone told me about a protocol I need to install, called Indent,, what is it used for? how do I use it? would one of you smart guys help me…
