Every place I look I find conflicting information on what’s going on in Info Tech. I would really like to find out from real professionals how things are going.

Could everyone who reads this post please reply with their experiences in the I.T. job market? Is there a shortage or is there a surplus of I.T. workers? Is the job market crashed or is it thriving?
