The innards of Microsoft’s Internet Conn

What about ICS in an NT network environment? I have an HP printer getting 192.168… addresses and am having no luck resetting the card, when the printer is powered it grabs the address even when I intervene with Jet-Admin. It’s not my network, should I suggest proxy?
