The updated recaptcha from Google blocks this site from some browsers

The updated reCaptcha from Google that TechRepublic is utilizing to verify a user’s login does not operate properly in UXP based browsers such as Pale Moon, Basilisk…probably doesn’t work in other non-gurglefied web browsers. This is annoying at best, stupendously lazy engineering at worst!! DITCH THE RECAPTCHA! For cryin’ out loud, this is getting ridiculous.

EDIT TO ADD: The best work around I’ve found is to change the compatibility mode to Firefox in Settings>Advanced.
