This ad not bye this site?

I have a problem with unwanted ads show on almost any website I visit. It happen in Firefox I try internet explorer 8 it not happening there. I removed some tools bar extension from the add on, clear history, run malwarebytes which found about 26 malware coupon Dropdown something like that and some other, I run advance system registry cleaner and ccleaner, and upgrade Firefox to 16.1 version nothing seem to work. Can anyone recommend something, I know formatting the hard drive might fix this but I don’t want to go through that much pain.
