This is actually cool….

So really, all this does is make job applicants create “fake” yahoo accounts, facebook accounts and they can trump up their skills and values. They can talk about how wonderful the city is, etc… They can write fake “Dear Mom” letters that are so nice and homey… they can write fake “Yes, I got this wonderful job prospect over in the next city, $25k more but I really like this city better and may consider it if only they would up the pay a little bit more”
