Timbuktu and VNC?

It has been an ongoing discussion at my company as to which remote control software to use. We have both Timbuktu and VNC, but really don’t have a policy on where/how to use them. We have a Windows (95/98/NT) platform, and need to remotely controlservers, workstations, and laptops. Is there one universal product that could be utilized system-wide for the sake of consistency and ease? Thanks.
