Time in Excel 2003

Hi!

I have a zero (error) time result problem (like “overtime for 17:00 – 8:00 – 1 h lunch in a 8 hour working day”) and an overtime calc prob for someone who got in one day (say 9:00 and leaved next day at 1:00 – end time less thand star time)
