Time Shift between SharePoint Calendar & Outlook

I have a SharePoint Calendar in MOSS, and when I view it on Outlook, the times have been shifted FORWARD 5 hours. Both calendars/sites are configured to GMT-6 (CST)so I don’t understand that it should change at all.
