Time stamp using Delayed send in Outlook

If you use delayed send in Outlook – when the message is delivered, it goes to (if sorted by time) where it would have been had it been sent at the actual time. ie: a user delays sending by 2 days, when the item is delivered it appears down the list of emails to where the emails of 2 days ago are ….. can this be changed ? My user would like it appear on top, so that it will be noticed (as a new email would be).
