Timeout while logging into network

I have one Win98 box that has an odd problem. Whenever the user logs onto the network on the first boot it idles until it times out. However, if you try to login after the timeout it hits it no problems. YOu can also log in without issue if you cancel the login.

The server is a Win2k server running as the PDC on a small domain, only about 20 users. All are running Win98/Me, but this is the only box that has a problem.
