Hello all, I guess it’s about time to curl up in the fetal position and prove my idiocy.
I undert=stand that using links such as tinyurl.com\xxxx is a great way to shar links to newsgroups that have spaced URL’s etc. Apparently there are several similar ways of using shortened URLs and TINYURL is the most common.
SO….WHAT THE HECK IS TINY URL AND HOW DO YOU USE IT ???????
I understand the resoning but not how it is used.
I know it isn’t brain sugery but maybe I need some brain surgery, I can’t figure this one out.
NO, I haven’t done much searching for sources, I figured that this is as good as any, plus at least I know how much validity is in the answers here.
