To connect Linux Router with Win2k

I have two PIII intel Machines. I have installed Linux Red Hat 8.0 in one and Windows2k Server in another. I want to exchange files and data between both the platforms. How do I do that?

Can I have Telnet and FTP file exchange between Win2k server and linux Server?

Any software that I install in win2kserver that would create a bridge between linux and windows?
