To view & access NT Server

I am trying to setup to access a NT server running on the same domain. The reason is that the web server (apache) needs to link to the NT server to a directory with the link contents.
I have installed LinNeighbourhood which can see the the server.My Q is do I need to install a Samba client on the server or is there another easier way. I am running RedHat 7.
