Toggle open sub-forms in Access

I have an Access database that collects a lot of data from our Job Developers and I need to create a form with 3 subforms, but I want to be able to have the user choose the subform they need to open depending on what services were provided (level 1, 2, 3). How can I put a subform in and not have it show unless they need to use that form to input data?
