tool to administer networked systems

I am looking for a tool which help to pull together all the information from networked systems including system warnings,alerts, central monitor capability, system audit, security, and any other features which an administrator needs to know from a central location instead of individually monitor from each server. This tool should be able to produce customized reports and is scalable. Please recommend if you know of anyone like this out there. Thanks
