Tool to link two databases together

Hello,
I have a unique situation. My first platform is a A/S 400 and my second platform is an WindowsNT 4.0 Terminal Server. Currently the compiling of the databases from each machine is done manually. One database is written in RPG, and the second in SQL. My questions would be does anyone have a similar enviroment? An if so how do you do it? Is there a tool that would compile both databases and show the output in a GUI? Can any of you software guru’s shed some light on this for me? Thanks for any replies.
