Top ten employee/buisness IT complaints

I am putting together a powerpoint presentation for my buisness to show at our local chamber of commerce meeting next week and have been looking for a chart or statistics of common IT complaints to quote. Such as amount of time waiting on programs to load; lost time due to lost documents…. Does anyone know where to find these statistics?
