Toshiba 105 S2141 wireless device not working

After reinstalling Win XP and installing SP 2&3 my wireless network device cannot be seen. It shows up in device manager but cannot be seen by the client software to be set up, also windows wireless setup cannot be used. The latest drivers and client software have been installed. Help!
