toshiba a100 keyboard

help have just replaced my keyboard and have problems with it
1 freezes
3 comes as e3,5 =t5,7=t7,i8,o9,–0,e3,t5,u7,i8,o9,
its ok with an external keyboard and i have tried f10 and f11 with no success as per the manual have3 downloaded new drivers
