Toshiba Portege 3500 Password Removal

I just aquired a Toshiba Portege 3500 Notebook and it has Windows XP Tablet Version which is Windows password protected. I have no cds and it doesn’t have a rom or floppy, all I have is the Windows XP Tablet Version COA. I don’t have a clue on how to remove the password in this situation….Can anyone out there help???
