Track source of outgoing email virus

Hi, I am constantly receiving emails stating the my email address(or somebody’s in the many domains we own) has sent out a virus. All of our anti-virus systems and firewalls are completely up to date and I have checked that our mail servers are not open-relays. I understand that anybody can send email as anybody else, but can anybody give me a solution or workaround for this problem.
