Training Your Replacement

At my January review, much to my shock and dismay, I was asked to ‘obtain employment outside the company’ by the end of April. How much of this is actually deserved (I don’t always suffer fools gladly, and we seem to have more than our fair share of them) and how much is politcal is a little hard to tell, but that’s not really the issue or my question….

They have begun interviewing already for my ‘replacement’. I need to hang onto this job since my insurance is the only insurance my family has, but frankly, I am not the slightest bit interested in training the person hired to replace me after having been screwed over by this place.

Anyone have any similiar stories or suggestions on how to handle this?
