Transfer Data to Shared Directories

I need to copy periodically a set of files to the shared directories (with full rights for me) of more then 100 users over the network. We use Windows NT and all users have a static IP address.
Could someone give me a sample Batch file on how to dothis. On running the batch file, it should also give me an error report with user name (i.e it could not copy the files because the user has not started his PC.)
