Transfer Powerpoint users inputs to Excel sheet

Hi,
I’m a neuroscience student and just know how to use VBA for really really basic stuff. I have a Powerpoint presentation made as a questionnaire, starting with some textbox for name, age, etc. and then it’s basic sentences that my subjects must read. Then they must rate these sentences with a scrollbar from 0 to 10. I saw that the scrollbar has a value, depending on where my subjects will put the rating. There are 400 ratings for each presentation. So I wanted to find a way to automatically transfer the subjects ratings for each sentence to an excel sheet, so that I don’t have to copy/paste manually each of the 400 ratings per subject (between 50 and 100 subjects will answer this questionnaire), with which I will do statistics latter. Anyone knows how to do that? Is it doable while I’m sending the presentation over the internet and then subjects send it back to me with their answers?

thank you
Marie
