Transferring Data from an Old Old Computer

We have a client that has an old Packard Bell Legend running MS-Dos 6.2 that has about 60MB information that we need to transfer off of it. What are my options? It does not a USB port of course, no burner. It has a 9- pin COM A serial connector, 25-pin connector for a printer, and a 15-pin connector for joystick or MIDI devices. Is there any external harddrives or any other storage device that can connect to one of these ports?
