Trouble when exporting from access 2007 to excel 2007

When I export a report from access 2007 to excel 2007 the xls file that it generates has completely wrong fonts.
In example half the times i get Russian instead of Greek and sometime something that looks like Skandinavian or something like that.
Regional settings, codepages, all set to Greek.
Tried several times to remove and reinstall office 2007 but still the same thing.
The funny thing is that when you preview the file before it gets exported it s all ok.
Has anyone seen something like that again?
