Trouble with TweakUI98

I am running Win98SE and just installed Tweakui for Win98 and noticed that the stretch option for the desktop wallpaper has vanished leaving me with only the center and tile options. I have fixed this in the past on another machine but I don’t recall the procedure. Any help would be appreciated.
