Troubleshooting Exchange Server

Is there a training course offered by TechRepublic or Microsoft on troubleshooting exchange server only and not just book information but a hands on course for how to when a Diaster occurs (what to how to)? Or are you required to take 50 implementation classes and still not understand the skills for solving Disater and Recovery situations.
