Troubleshooting frequent OWA authentication after initial log in.

All of a sudden after logging into Outlook Web Access (OWA), re-authentication, domain\username and psswrd is required for sending and replying to emails. Different computer from different location have been used with same frequent re-authentication after initial log in to OWA. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
