Trust this PC

When I click on “Trust this PC” in the Action Center I don’t set a screen that asks for a Security Code I get a screen that states:

Trusted devices
Visit https://account.live.com/trustdevice on Internet Explorer from the Windows 8 device you would like to trust.

When I go to the https site referenced above I get the same screen.
