Trying to access hard drive of some tech, But nothings on my computer

Hi, so I’m trying to mod this gaming phone case I got and add some games (that I either developed or they’re Doom because I want to see that happen) and as I expected, there’s no USB popping up in the computer. I’m absolutely willing to tear this thing apart and buy some extra things (no more than like 40 bucks though) just to make this happen, but my question is how do I actually make this thing pop up? Micro USB port by the way.

This is similar to what have, I just have one for the iPhone SE/ iPhone 6.
