Trying to fix BIOS, soso fustrating

I have abit I-45CV motherboard. Have recently put windows 7 on. Can’t get back into the BIOS. Problem with BIOS? Try updating BIOS by flashing it using a CD, works fine untill I get an error message “No AWDFLASH.EXE or havn’t extracted .EXE file to .BIN file”. I don’t understand, i’v done everything right, i think? Please help?
